An implant supported denture is basically a hybrid type of denture that is made to sit on top of either 4 or 6 implants. This stabilizes the denture and is a permanent solution to teeth loss. https://www.eastsidedentalmedicine.com/dental-implants-new/

Soft Drinks have a lot of acid not to mention sugar in them. Overtime, they can cause the enamel to wear away and tooth decay to set in. Be sure and limit how much sugary drinks you consume and make sure you brush really good after you drink one. https://www.eastsidedentalmedicine.com/

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: You are likely aware of the recent recommendation made by the World Health Organization (WHO) encouraging patients to delay routine dental care due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ADA and ADSO (along with many state dental associations) emphatically disagrees with WHO’s recommendation, and have issued their own statements in opposition. ADA President, Chad P. Gehani, DDS, states Dentistry is essential health care because of its role in evaluating, diag...nosing, preventing or treating oral diseases, which can affect systemic health. Millions of patients have safely visited their dentists in the past few months for the full range of dental services. With appropriate PPE, dental care should continue to be delivered during global pandemics or other disaster situations. Supporting the scientific facts we have about oral health especially as they relate to the pandemic is a study released just this week in which scientists have discovered a link between COVID infection and gum disease. Deep cleaning and treatment for gum disease have been shown to lower the levels of the inflammatory proteins, which could in turn lower COVID risks. Most importantly as we’ve heard repeatedly from the CDC and other agencies throughout the pandemic there has been no identifiable transmission of COVID 19 from a dental office to a patient or from a patient to the dental office. We will continue to keep you abreast of further information and guidance.
