MAINTENANCE OPENING The YMCA is looking for an individual experienced in maintenance to keep disabled/low income tenants living at Fourth Street Housing(located on the 3rd/4th floor of the downtown YMCA) safe and comfortable. This Part-Time Property Maintenance role includes: -15 hours/week (schedule can be flexible) -Responsibility for maintaining 19 apartment units, community spaces, and infrastructure related to operating FOURTH STREET HOUSING (HUD assisted housing for ...low income individuals with physical disabilities). -Includes occasional emergency on call work (weekends and evenings) -Requires applicants with knowledge/experience in a variety of skills that could include: basic carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, heating/air, etc. Interested Applicants should apply in person by returning a YMCA Application to: 4th Street Housing, Attn: Property Manager, 101 E. 4th Street; Jamestown, NY 14701.
