I know this is a sensitive topic, but please hear us out. In Rotary, we cite the 4 Way Test frequently. One of the questions of the 4 Way Test asks "Is it fair to all concerned?". Concerning race and racism in our country, there is a lot of misinformation, discomfort, and fear, but let's push through that and really think about how we treat our fellow Americans in terms of the 4 Way Test. Maybe you don't know where to begin. Maybe you don't know who to ask or even what to ask. Well, if you want to learn and grow, the series below is a perfect place to start.
