DON'T BE RASH WITH YOUR WORDS VERSE: "Do not be rash with your mouth, and do not let your heart be hasty to utter a word in God’s presence. For God is in heaven... and you are on earth, therefore let your words be few." - Ecclesiastes 5:2 . In our noisy world today, far too many words are spoken in a pledge to God that go unfulfilled. Let's thank Him, praise Him, and petition Him. But let's also realize that, while our prayers need to be persistent, our words don't need to be elaborate or refined, just a few from the heart and with gratitude. .
