Mr. Blandino says, "Over a year ago, I was brought in as a Guest Choreographer for the Pre Professional company, From the second I walked in the door, I felt something very different from any normal dance institution. I felt a sense of professionalism, seriousness in training, and of course a friendly, respectful atmosphere. Ever since working with a select few students, I knew I would want to continue the journey of the students alongside them. I am overjoyed to have been asked to return as Faculty/Resident Choreographer. I truly believe setting work on students is only beneficial once you are able to know the students as dancers, and more importantly, as class takers. I am so looking forward to the balance of both teaching Jazz/Contemporary technique, as well as then applying those lessons to the creation process. Thank you to Maurice Brandon Curry for bringing me on. I am elated to join this stellar Faculty, and continue the epic legacy of Eglevsky Ballet Company."
