We are living in such a world of uncertainty right now. Between people getting sick, dying, loosing their jobs and so much more that I probably can’t even imagine. I can’t speak for anyone else but this is a time for me to reflect on myself, who I am and who I want to be. EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED. So now it’s time to put on my resourcefulness cap and get to working. Sometimes it’s times like these that push you to be an even stronger version of yourself. Right now I have been ...forced to step out of my comfort zone and get creative and I’m fully embracing that. Just created my own little work from home space and how blessed am I to be able to do that. I have a million ideas so stay tuned. Bubbles will be making a come back for now... Wow!!!! What I experienced this weekend was beyond unexplainable and truly cannot be put into words. Everyone that really knows me knows that I’m always trying to educate myself and grow and develop into the best version of me that I can possibly be. Well this weekends workshop with @iyanlavanzant and her amazing GOD SQUAD was hands down one of the most healing, informative, life changing experiences I have ever been honored and privileged enough to be in the presence of. It... simply cannot be explained but I do highly recommend it for any woman that is ready to get some real tools in life to take your life to another level. Simply said you gotta do the work . Learning to truly love myself and stop replaying the same sad story on repeat and loving god and trusting and knowing that’s he’s got me have been just a few of my takeaways but again words can never ever explain my gratitude for this experience. Not to mention Iyanla twerked and danced with me and showed me and so many women unconditional LOVE and it was beyond beautiful. I have so much to say as always but I like to always start with gratitude. Every single day is so unique filled with so many ups and downs. We all love the ups but the downs can really really suck. I have found that what really helps me in my tough days is prayer, meditation and now exercise which I never would have thought I’d say lol but the biggest thing that helps me is MY TRIBE!
