On Monday nights some of you may have been wondering what us fireman have been up to as you see flashing red lights and toys running up and down the sidewalk. Over the summer we purchased a new medical trailer and utv to be able to rescue people from areas that vehicles can’t get too. Now that we’ve gotten some snow, we were out testing and training on the equipment. We took the utv and trailer to the tracks across from Shuknecht’s. This helps us learn what our utv can handle and so that our emts can train riding on the back of the trailer with a patient...in the cold weather. The utv also helped us on Sunday to get around town and clear out the fire hydrants. As always thank you for all your continued support! Stay safe!

The Elba Fire Department Meat Raffle is this coming Saturday November 7th !!! There are still tickets available. Get them before you miss out.
