This is crazy but all too common.... We received a call for no heat, we perform our same exact troubleshooting operations and that includes a full heat exchanger inspection with cameras. From doing the camera inspection we were able to find many holes that were allowing the carbon monoxide to be placed into the ducts and that's the same air the family was breathing. ... It's safe to say they now have a brand new high efficient furnace, better filtration, added humidifier, and fresh air venting into the duct.
