In 2010, I officially began my Journey as a gym owner and in these 10 years I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing people! From clients to trainers and others behind the scenes on the logistic side of the business as well. Not only have my clients gone through transformations but the face of the business and the gym has as well. Currently the gym is in need of some major renovations, mostly due to Covid and being able to provide a safer experience for my New Roc...helle community with a new HVAC system to filter the air, knocking down some walls to create greater social distancing and much more ranging from upgraded lighting, new doors, new paint and all the labor that goes into making everything happen. Being in the midst of a pandemic, business is slow as many of you can image and keeping up with overhead expenses and major renovations has not been an easy task.
