Cinderella Man | James J. Braddock, most famously known as Cinderella Man. Who had an autobiographical movie released on my birthday in 2005 which was 4 days short of his 100th birthday. James became an unlikely world champ from 1935-37 after coming out of retirement after working on the docks to feed his family. He wasn’t the biggest, the baddest or even the greatest. But Braddock was inspirational to a country coming off the Great Depression and very giving and generous t...o his community of North Bergen NJ. Moral of the story is, remember where you came from, give back when you can because we all have a limited time on this planet. But what you do for those who truly know you, who held you up when you were down - those will be the ones to celebrate you past your lifetime on earth.
