Week 12 at Cooperstown Dreams Park... Check out that stack! PSA: Ground crew doesn't really have the time or the equipment for amazing pictures, and the area that I stage in on Saturdays is also directly in the path of the sun, which doesn't make for awesome photos. I have exactly the amount of time from when I call jump run until Les makes it over the wall which is approximately 2 minutes before I hand my phone off to one of his grandchildren to take photos for me....h...owever... We do get a few great photos to show everyone how much fun we're having. And that's just it... We do this for fun! We hope everyone is enjoying these photos. There are some real deal teams out there... Slaying it off of buildings, in wing suits, out of helicopters, with amazing footage, and professional cameraman and media teams. But this is our team... Our three Skydivers and our two ground crew. And sometimes it's just me and my cellphone. I'm a mom and I work full time, and I'm helping my Dad's skydive team on the weekends. And there's Rochelle, Les' wife, cleaning him up, dusting off his knees and making sure we get him home because that man loves to gab and we may have left him a time or two. And occasionally we have a grandchild or three or five in tow, and they take a photo for us. It's what we've got, and we love it. We love all the people we meet, and all the kids faces after the jumps. So, again, we hope you're enjoying the photos... Few and far between as they are... But I'm a little bit busy chasing Skydivers around a stadium making sure everyone is safe! Professional photos can be found on the Cooperstown Dreams Park website. " The park MC Gino always makes sure the crowd sends up some love for Les Burton, Terry Knapp, and Matt Masterjohn on their final approach into the stadium. Les brings in the American flag first, followed by either Terry or Matt both carrying a Cooperstown Dreams Park flag. And yes, it does look awesome that the smoke trails behind Terry and Matt wh...ile they play around under the clouds! This video was taken yesterday on week number 12 of 13 straight Saturdays that we spend opening up the Dreams Park, every summer for over 20 years!!!
