Dear Valued Patients, We will be reopening on June 11, 2020. We are starting to call and reschedule appointments. We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice... and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe. We are using the best materials and technology to provide sterile and safe environment. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. We will ask you to maintain 6 feet distance; please make sure you have mask on when you arrive at the office and we will provide you with hand sanitizer. Also we will be taking your temperature at the office. You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. Please come alone to your appointment and avoid bringing companion. We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. We will no longer be open the limited hours. Our office will remain closed until April 6,2020 or until further notice due to COVID-19. However we will still be available by contacting [email protected] for dental emergencies. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot in good conscience remain open. We care very deeply about the health and well-being of our team members and our patients, and for this reason we have decided to listen to the ADA recommendation of closing for at least 3 weeks. This time period is subject to change as things develop. We are working on calling all of our patients scheduled in this time period to let them know what is going on. However we will be open limited hours on weekd...ays for dental emergencies only from 9am to 12pm, this will allow us to help ease the burden of hospitals and urgent cares, which need to focus on treating those affected by the COVID-19 virus. If you are having a dental emergency outside our limited hours please e-mail [email protected]. We ask that you take this time, and do everything you can to stop the spread of this virus. Remain at home as much as possible, practice safe hygiene and social distancing, and protect yourselves as much as possible. Help us stop the spread of this virus so that we can get back to being open and serving our community. We also ask that during this difficult time you help support your local businesses as much as possible by ordering take out or buying gift certificates. We are all in this together.
