NYSUT President Andy Pallotta says Foundation Aid is one of the highlights of the enacted state budget. "What they're saying is, in three years, what they owe t...o districts around the state in Foundation Aid, will be all paid off." Pallotta says. "So there are hundreds and hundreds of districts that will see extra funding, because of this work that we've done - by the legislature and by our advocates around the state, we've had great coalition of partners, so this is a major victory for education in New York."
