If you have COVID-19 symptoms or had them (Fever, cough) and would like to get a test... call (516) 396-7500 (the hotline is M-F 8am-4pm) Testing is M-F 9am-1pm. Hopefully they will make it to where it can be walk ups but the people are very professional! Be patient and answer the questions. You do need to have a photo ID, but No insurance is needed!
