Hemos tomado una decision!! Despues de hablar con todos los vendedores, hemos decidido cerrar las operaciones para nuestra temporada del 2020. No ha sido una decision facil para ninguno de nosotros. Esperamos el 2020 con muchas expectativas, muchos planes, objetivos nuevos, y ahora nos enfrentamos a un virus mortal. El COVID-19 nos toco muy cerca. Este verano, la cuidad de Nueva York decidio cerrar los parques publicos para todas las actividades deportivas y como todos ...saben, atendemos a todos los jugadores de las ligas deportivas y de la piscina todos los veranos. El costo de hacer negocios para nosotros es muy alto y el riesgo de recompensas no esta a nuestro favor. Permisos de Parques de la Ciudad de Nueva York, Licencia del Departamento de Salud e Higiene Mental, Seguros, Estacionamiento en garajes autorizados por el Departamento de Salud , los costos de la materia prima son muy altos y en algunos casos no podemos encontrarlos. Debido a todo lo mencionado anteriormente y otras razones, como grupo Red Hook Food Vendors (RHFV) hemos decidido pautar por este verano pandemico y tomar precauciones para mantener a nuestras familia y la suya seguras. A decision has been made! After talking to all the vendors we have decided to close operations for our 2020 season due to COVID-19. It has not been an easy start for any of us in 2020, big expectations, many plans new goals and we were faced with a deadly virus. COVID-19 touched some of us very close. This summer, NYC decided to close public parks for all sports activities and as you all know, we cater to all sports league and pool goers every summer. The cost of doing busin...ess for us is very high and the risk to rewards are not in our favor. New York City Parks Permit, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene License, Insurances, Parking in an authorized NYC Department of Health & Commisary garages, costs of raw material are all very high and in some cases we are unable to find. Because of all of the above mentioned and others reasons, as a RHFV group, we've decided to ride out this pandemic summer and take precautions to keep our family, and yours safe. We thank you for all of your loyal support through the years and we hope to see you all next summer (2021)! Stay healthy and safe. See more
