The Support Network is a resource for survivors, caregivers, medical professionals, and anyone looking to connect with others who understand the life-changing effects that heart disease and stroke can bring. Experiencing heart disease or stroke can seem overwhelming and lonely, but emotional support can help the healing process progress. That’s why we want to encourage survivors and their loved ones to become a part of our online network. The Support Network is completely free, it offers a safe environment for interaction, and it is moderated by knowledgeable AHA/ASA staff to ensure quality information. https://supportnetwork.heart.org
