Sorry for the late reply, but Dario and I did not realize what was transpiring on Facebook. Dario was receiving phone calls at the pizzeria and I was at my tax... office. We discovered that a FORMER partner, that hasn’t been with us since December 2019, still had access to our account and decided to comment using OUR account. Dario, Sal and the entire Palermo staff apologize for this nasty comment. Unfortunately we have haters too!!! To the young lady, Jen Russo , Dario and I were not aware of your situation and would have never refused you or any customer a replacement meal or item, just not our style. However, we do want to offer you a $100 gift certificate for all your inconveniences and the vulgar comment made. Our attorney will address that issue with our former partner.
