And speaking of food, not only is Britney a Registered Dietitian but she is also a Professional Chef who has developed meals for the St. Louis University Basketball Team! On the other hand, Kate h...as been a spinning instructor for the past decade for the New York Sports Club and is also a CrossFit Level 2 Coach! I have no doubt these two ladies are going to move the needle for those individuals looking to manage their chronic illnesses, weight, and injury through re-examining their diet and lifestyle. If you are a stomach sleeper, this is by far the worst position to put your spine in and no wonder you’re having back pain. Sleeping on your stomach increases the curvature of your low back and thus puts a tremendous amount of pressure on it. If this is the only position you can sleep in, put a pillow under your stomach to neutralize the pressure on the back. See more
