She left with an official copy of each artwork exhibit at the local artist show. I decided to draw her as a thank you and as a reminder. She is now part of the collection. Canson Mix Media Paper made in New York Provence was the subject I was lucky enough to take a shot in the contest organized by the @maison123_paris until January 31st. Part of the Group Etam, Maison 123 highlights women, by introducing their new project Studio des artistes. This may lead to the opportunity to be part of their next capsule wardrobe. To depict the Provence I picked different symbolic. A woman and a girl in traditional outfit, are welcoming You in the beautiful city of Grasse. Grasse is the city of the Perfumes, one of the beautiful place ever (for the colors of the smell) you should stop by and visite when you ll go visite the French Riviera. The little girl is picking lavenders to let it dry in her wicker basket. The portals handles are engraved with a cigal (grasshopper,right) and a lézard(lizard,left). The background is one the most famous view of the city of Grasse. The field is the champs de Roses of Chanel. The emblem displayed at the bottom-right corner is the Comte de Provence. The magic mimosa tree, blossoming on the upper-right corner, just right on top of the woman’s head. The lemon tree and the olives tree erecting on the upper-left corner. And to end, The first who will see the sea wins!
