Hey Friends ...Charlie the food service Technician here...with a shout out to all my food server friends who might need a job the Plainview Diner is looking for night servers and a take out order taker/filler the boss runs a tight ship but the money is great if you need a job check in and tell em Charlie sent ya.... peace

Hello friends Charlie the food service technician here.... just to clarify while I still maintain the Empress Diner page for sentimental reasons - I, myself, am working at the Plainview Diner.... and I am in no way attached with the New Grand Stage Diner. Please stop sending me complaints, rants and reviews. It won’t help...soooo if you belong to my Empress Page Family feel free to post anything pertinent and I will pass it along to our long time friends and family. See you on the flip side. Charlie

Hello My Empress People Charlie the food service technician here...just had a great talk with Tom the Owner of The Grand Stage Diner which will be taking the place of our Empress ... it’s going to be a traditional family Diner with a touch of the upscale such as a sit down Bar for drinks and snacks ..as well as a counter for the quick breakfast crowd many Booths and Tables ...From burger deluxe to a pinch of the exotic ,he has a party room as well as a dining room the new decor looks beautiful and he says they are shooting for a mid January opening I hope this gives you your info or Tea as my daughter might say hopefully I’ll see you there Happy Happy Merry Merry
