It's not often that we post about #winewednesday but when we do, you know it's going to be special. Johnson Estate Winery is only 23 miles from Southern Tier, and their Founder's Red is the perfect dry red wine to put on top of our rye whiskey sour, which we dubbed the WESTERN NY SOUR. The tartness of the cocktail makes the cherry notes of the wine really pop, and the colors are simply lovely.
