On Saturday, 11/21/2020, EMStar town of Pawling unit responded to a CPR in progress call. The unit consisting of Paramedic Max Sanchez and EMT Paul Casson Jr, with the help of pawling FD firefighters and Dutchess county sheriffs, initiated life saving efforts and and were able to save their patient. The crew was able to have the very rare opportunity to meet there patient again. For those in EMS, this is a something that many people can go a whole career without ever experiencing. #dedicatedEMS
