Encompass provided owners representation for a multimillion dollar project to the Seneca Niagara Falls Casino overseeing the construction for a 90,000 SF renovation of an operating casino. The project included; brighter and bolder decor, new carpeting, lighting and restrooms, new table games areas, two new modern bars the Keno Bar and Stir, 40'x20’ Full-HD video wall and new air quality systems to achieve a better customer experience.

UB Alumni Arena - Encompass managed the structural improvements, masonry, lighting, audio/visual, data, scoreboard additions and alterations.
