Long-term planning is good, in its proper place, but if we start worrying about how the Lord will provide a year or six months from now, we can quickly begin to... walk in fear. He has called us to take up our cross daily. Like some of you, I have lost friends and close acquaintances who have been victims of suicide lately. Never give up. I want to say to someone today- Jesus stil...l loves you, you are precious and loved by God and people, you touch more people’s lives than you realize, your gifts and talents and unique personality are needed, things can change for the better and they probably will, you can walk in victory in Jesus, but if you are not walking in victory right now this in no way affects your value/wantedness by God and people/your future potential to change. O, and if you never change, if you never get it together, if you never straighten up- there is still hope for you and me. Hope’s name is Jesus, and He is a Savior for those who are weak, not the strong. Humility attracts God’s power, assistance and blessings. His strength is perfected in weakness. Never give up. Seasons change, but life’s winters will give way to life’s springs. Something I've been saying for over 20 years is still valid- Jesus still loves you and has a good plan for your life. Never give up. You were created in the image and likeness of God, and that means you are creative, powerful, able to change reality, and able to bless others. And by the way, Never give up. Greetings, friends of the future Encourage Church! I hope you are doing well so far on this Good Friday. God willing, tonight at 7 pm eastern time, Pastors Brian and Heather will host a simple, brief Good Friday devotion and time of communion. This message will also briefly address current racism issues (and of the last year) and an even more significant problem in the Body of Christ. Feel free to gather some communion elements from your pantry (grape juice and a cracker or ...bread will work- water if you don't have any grape juice) to join with us. I hope you can join us. Another shot of our first interest meeting of Encourage Church. We are excited about what God is doing! My apologies to Rev. Tanell Allen who we did not realize was not properly in the shot, but we were so glad all of you were there!

Had a wonderful first (try #2) of our Encourage Church Interest Meetings tonight at 4 pm. Thankful for 8 people in person (plus 2 others working security) and several others via Zoom. Had a great time and we are believing, Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin...Zechariah 4:10a NLT. We have a few more pics to share, coming Tuesday. Social distance, masks, sanitizer and a COVID test for the pastor all in place for your safety. (This is a rented room). God willing, the first of 6 interest meetings and the start of our trainings, discipleship and outreaches as we push toward a new September 2021 launch day goal.

A precious ministry associate left this world a couple days ago due to overwhelming depression. Please know, Jesus loves you and has a plan for your life. You are valuable, unique, gifted, and make more of a difference than you realize! Don't listen to the devil's lies. Your sin is not too great. Your past is not your future.
