Environmental Contractors Association

Each year, the ECA pays tribute to Frank J. Garito and his passion for the industry by offering scholarships to the families of their contractor members. Since 2014, the ECA has helped 67 recipients further their education through $304,500 in scholarship funds. Despite the hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ECA had immense support and awarded a total of $65,000 to 14 individuals in October of 2020.
