We are open but like the rest of Putnam Valley, our phone and internet is down. We are able to receive phone calls via call forwarding

Because we care about our patients and staff, we are implementing new safety procedures: - patients will be phone screened when making appointments - patients are to call our office 845-528-2500 when they arrive in the parking lot for their appointments for further instructions to minimize patients in the waiting room... - patients will be asked to come alone (except for a patient accompanying a minor or family member accompanying an elderly patient where necessary) - temperature will be taken. We are also closely following all recommendations from the CDC, ADA, and Department of Health. Appointments are being made now for Monday June 8th and beyond.
