Breakfast Cookies (NO GUILT) recipe Basic recipe- 1 ripe banana about 3/4 cup oatmeal... Mash banana and add oatmeal. Let sit for 5 minutes. Make into desired cookie patties. Bake in an air fryer on 300 degrees for 15 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 15-18 minutes. That's it. I get about 4 cookies depending on the size of the banana. Even if you eat all 4 you are eating one banana and one serving of whole oats. Now let's dress them up Basic recipe 1 teaspoon of Raw Honey 1 Tablespoon of Natural Organic Peanut Butter (1-2 grams of sugar in it) 1/8 cup toasted walnuts or chia seed or both Mix together. You may have to add more or less oats to keep your batter stiff enough to make cookies. Now you have added Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Protein, and have used no additives. Note: Try using 1/2 banana and 1/2 avacodo for basic recipe then you add a lot of fiber that will help keep you full. Other add ins include- spices, Maple syrup, pumpkin puree, unsweetened coconut, Pineapple, citrus zest, berries , raw cacao powder, stevia, almonds, flax seed sunflower seeds, ect. Get creative but keep the processed sugars such as white sugar, brown sugar, coconut sugar, agave, molasses, corn syrup, choc chips, any baking chips unless unsweetened and dark These are yummy and I make them at least 3-4 times a week.

So the first thing I want to express to everyone is the fact that we are not perfect. Neither can you obtain perfection because it is only measured by other people, and since we all have different opinions on how the body should look, it will never be achieved. Since you truly only have to please the image in your mirror, it is important that you learn to accept and love this image and start finding all the positives in it. Instead of saying my hair is to stringy you may say... my hair frames my face just right or instead of saying I need to lose 50 ponds, you may say this outfit really takes a few ponds off my hips. Turn around the way you see yourself-Love yourself! This is a very difficult step because we have grown accustomed to always comparing ourselves to someone we think has the "perfect" look, job, home, life ect. I had to stop being around some that were always negative about absolutely everything. I started listening to upbeat music, meditating, and every day I did nothing for at least 20 minutes. During that time I sat on the couch in silence and sometimes just listened to the sounds around me, sometimes I thought of positive things I wanted to try, and sometimes I just cuddled with my kitty To say that you have no time for this is in essence saying I don't love myself enough to even take 20 minutes a day for me, and that is a NEGATIVE. Get up 20 minutes early, stay up later, lunch break, or while you are waiting in the car for the kids. It is up to myou to make it happen You will start reaping the benefits of this practice almost instantly. You feel like you are important,(Yay), you reduce stress, and you should start to see yourself as being more positive. It also increases creativity and production of tasks, jobs, and hobbies. Now that the weather has turned and the air becomes more cold and dry, we really need to ramp up our skin care routine and make sure we are feeding, nourishing, and moisturizing to help support healthy skin. It is essential that we eat enough good whole foods and stay away from processed foods as much as possible as they can cause stress, inflammation, and can cause cell damage. (Not to mention the Big C word) We need to make sure to drink lots of water every day as this flus...hes toxins, free radicals, and helps to keep all your organs working well and it helps keep your skin soft, supple, and looking younger. No matter your age, this is vital for your skin and whole body. I know that I have talked before about eliminating as many chemicals from your life as possible. My personal experience tells me that this is a positive course of action that has led to being able to get off 8 different medicines that i was reliant on and have finally found the secret to a balanced mind, body, and soul. I will be sharing, talking, and providing recipes to pass on what I have learned in my journey in the upcoming weeks. See more

Now that everyone is wearing masks on a daily basis, I have found a really easy way to refresh your mask as well as lift you spirits. You will need Witch Hazel Distilled water 10-20 Drop EO's ... A small glass spray bottle (4 oz ) Fill bottle 2/3 with the Witch Hazel, then add EOs and fill to top with the distilled water Right now I am using Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint because my allergies are crazy. Use Joy for a feeling happiness or any other oils you love. To use Spray a cotton mask with 3*4 sprays and let dry. This is not going to sterilize your mask, you still need to wash after each use and let dry in the sun whenever possible
