YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AND DO NOT WEAR, FACE COVERING. We are requiring this for your safety and the safety of others, including our staff. ... No one may accompany you into the office. All children must remain at home, if you require translation this will happen via cell phone on speaker during your appointment with your translator who must remain outside of the office. There are no exceptions and we are unable to provide masks if you do not bring one. Because we are not a hospital or in-patient facility, we cannot order masks at this time. If you would like, we’re happy to direct you to your local government representatives to lodge complaint regarding this.
