Shuttered Venue Operators Grant Emergency assistance for eligible venues affected by the COVID pandemic. The Shuttered Venue Operators (SVO) Grant program was e...stablished by The Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, signed into law on December 27, 2020.
