Today is #worldautismday , and I'm very proud to serve as an officer of the Board of Trustees for Anderson Foundation for Autism; Tom likewise enjoys serving as... part of a volunteer art program that he helped develop for Anderson residents. It's a special place that optimizes the quality of life for people every day. We're also grateful to have them as part of our client family! Last week, a parent of an Anderson Center for Autism student/resident shared what she most wants people to know throughout #autismawarenessmonth and all year long. Check out the link from Thrive Global and pass on her important message. #autismawareness #community #nonprofit #autism #support https://thriveglobal.com//one-moms-request-for-autism-awa/
A great piece titled "Nurses: Lighting the Way through Covid-19", by Katy Kollar, Anderson Center for Autism parent - enjoy the read and be sure to share! #autismawareness#autism #COVID19 #nursing #hudsonvalley #healthcareheroes https://thriveglobal.com//lighting-the-way-through-covid-/
Life coach and motivational speaker Marybeth Cale talks mindset today. Note: if you are struggling to find a positive place, please seek the services of a mental health professional - there is so much support out there.
Need some inspiration? Get out and drink in these magical colors of autumn! You can’t help but feel renewed after some time outdoors today. #leadership #wellbeing
I turned 46 yesterday and enjoyed one of my absolute favorite activities (hiking) in my favorite place to be (hudson valley) with my favorite people by my side (my fam!). How lucky am I?! Each year on my bday, I try to hold some space for reflection. What was this particular trip around the sun like? (In this case the music of the grateful dead comes to mind: what a long strange trip it’s been...!)... other questions are: what’s working well? What are the lessons learned? W...here are the losses, and what are the gains? What do I want for the next circle ‘round the sun? Here’s the thing. We don’t need to wait for our birthdays to consider these things. We can all start that next chapter of the journey anytime we want. So just a reminder to hop on that trail, forge your path...and make the next circle ‘round the sun as healthy, rewarding, and FUN as possible. Yes. Even in the most challenging of times, we can all create moments that bring us the joy we need to live well. #personaldevelopment #corporatewellness #corporatetrainer See more

Happy 1st day back to school - kids, teachers, staff, bus drivers, and parents/caregivers! You’ve got this!
Happy, healthy Labor Day wishes from our Hudson Valley’s fields of gold! #hudsonvalley #laborday2020 #laborday #corporatewellness #corporatetrainer
I’ve loved tennis since I was a young girl. And it’s full of metaphors and lessons to remember both on and off the court, beginning with the fact that you start with love. What if we all started from a place of love as we go through these tough times? #usopen2020 #motivationalspeaker #corporatewellness #leadership #personaldevelopment #lifecoach #corporatetrainer
