We get asked this often- Do you offer fundraisers? Yes. Here is how it works: Evening Star Coffee Roasters will email interested parties the two page form. Page one has contact info and selection of coffees the customer chooses to order. Page two shows the five coffee offerings all in 12oz bags ground or whole bean. The fundraiser group sells the bags for $12 a bag. Once the fundraiser is done the fundraiser contact emails us the tallies and we roast/package. When the coffees are prepared we will notify the fundraiser lead person and they coordinate to pick up the completed order to distribute them. For the group the fundraiser organization will only pay $7.25 per bag which equates to a profit of $4.75 per bag. A benefit is we have no minimum order quantities.
