LEGAL NOTICE Ellenville Wawarsing Youth Commission Summer 2021 Employment The Town of Wawarsing is advertising for the following positions: Camp Counselor (full... time), Camp Counselor (per diem/on call), Group Leader (full time), Chef Manager, Cook Helper, Custodian and Certified Lifeguards. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, a love of children, be extremely energetic and have prior group childcare or camp experience. Applications are available from the Town of Wawarsing Town Clerk, 108 Canal Street, PO Box 671, Ellenville, NY 12428 or at ewyouthcommission.org. Applications are returnable to the Town Clerk’s Office or Recreation Director. Counselors must be at least 17 years old. Chef must have high volume experience and child nutrition knowledge. 2020 Holiday Decorating Contest! It was so inspiring and uplifting to see all the houses in our community. We had 30 entries, but the amount of lights and decor...ations around Wawarsing is just incredible. We are thankful for the public's interest in adding just a little bit of happiness to this unforgettable year. It was not easy to choose winners, they are all winners in our book! But, we had to choose. Music was a big factor as was animation in a contest that truly was too close to call. Thank you to everyone who decorated and all those that took the opportunity to drive around the community and admire the hard work.
