What is Coaching and Why Should you go to a Psychologist for Coaching? Coaching is a professional relationship, often a one to one consultation with the goal of identifying goals, visions regarding work or personal life, and personal strengths. Coaching helps the client take this information and turn it into real change with success in moving forward. As a psychologist and coach I can help you foster strengths by going deeper and tapping into your unique personality and harne...ssing the resulting energy to achieve goals that are consistent with who you are. Does it work? The research says yes! Does talking to someone really help in moving forward and climbing over those same obstacles? Yes; if you’re really listened to and understood and if the questions asked are powerful and able to get beyond the same old resistances and blockages. As a psychologist I am trained to listen and hear both what is said on the surface and what may not be so apparent. I help executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and career professionals or those seeking a career to get the help they need in taking that next step! Why stay stuck or dissatisfied? Give it a try! The first Coaching Session is always half off. See more

Exercise is a great way to counteract winter blues and inertia. The resistance you feel to skip the workout which peaks right before you begin a session, does not predict the quality of the workout or how you’ll feel during it. Treat the temptation to quit as background noise.
