Audits done in 2019 by New York State resulted in some Veterans losing their exemptions. If you live in one of these counties, was it you? If not, then watch out for it may come to your town assessor!

What a great day! Met with NY Assemblyman Peter Lawrence who offered some great insights and suggestions and then had lunch with about 90 US Retired Veterans at their monthly luncheon. They were very concerned and supportive about this rollback of benefits; it had happened to others in the room. Also heard about the efforts being made at the federal level by the ROA -Reserve Officers Association. Yes, a very good day!
