We want to welcome everybody back this coming Monday Dec. 14th!!! We are so thrilled to be back before the holidays! Here are a few things we would like you to know: * we are working at 25% capacity, which means we only can have 3 of our staff on at a time with only half of the amount of customers. * face masks are still required to be worn properly during your whole salon service... * we are only taking appointments at this time * gift certificates are available online for a discounted price for you, as it makes our lives easier and you get a little extra towards your gift for helping us out at this time!!! * we still require that you come alone to your appointment, bring minimal things with you & wash/sanitize your hands upon entry * our staff regularly cleans the salon between each client and at high points of contact * please WAIT IN YOUR CAR until we call, text or wave you in when we are ready for you as we dont have extra space to wait right now due to our limitations. * lastly, we do have to ask you MANDATORY screening questions BEFORE YOU CAN ENTER. *** If you are not feeling well please cancel your appointment. ***please be patient with your stylist as we are trying our hardest to make everyone happy and get you all in for that perfect holiday hair!!! We are so excited to come back to work this coming monday! We cant wait to catch up with all of you and put our creativity to good use again. You are all going to love the changes we have made to our salon! We have used this extra time to clean, disinfect, reorganize and keep up with the NYS mandates. We are asking our customers upon arrival to wait in your car until you are called in. We have to ask you a few covid-compliant questions so we can have you safely enter. Upon ...entry please proceed to the bathroom to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before you go back with your stylist. We do require you to wear a mask your entire service. If you need to take a breath you may step outside or wait in your car ( if you are getting a color) during your processing time. We ask that you remain in your designated seat during your whole service. If you are interested in purchasing any products, you can ask your stylist to grab them for you or bring recommended choices over to you to see. We also ask that you bring in minimal belongings and come in alone for your appointment ( unless you are accompanying a child). We do thoroughly disinfect the bathroom as much as possible, but if you feel the need to spray some lysol (provided in restroom) before/after you use the facility it would be much appreciated. Because we didnt think this was enough of a change, we decided to take on a new cashout and booking system as well. Please be patient with our stylists as they navigate through these things, as we havent had much time to test them out yet. We will be taking payment at your seat when you are finished so there are less contact points that need to be cleaned. Rebooking your next appointment is highly recommended as we are booked out entirely for 4 weeks... Thanks for your patronage and waiting for us to reopen!!! Hi our long missed friends!!! We are excited to say that we have a potential date of reopening set for June 22. This will hopefully put us in phase 3 ( where we all feel more comfortable in our work environment). Your stylist will be reaching out sometime next week to book your appointment if you were booked in March, April or May, bought a giftcard, or are placed on our call back list. If you would like to be on our list please leave us a message and we will give you a cal...l as soon as we start booking! We will be posting the state mandates that you need to follow when you come in for your appointment on our page soon so you know what to expect at your next appointment. We want to promise you that the salon environment you are coming into is 100% following state mandates and they will be posted in the salon. We want you to feel safe and know that we are protecting you and ourselves when performing your service. Lastly, it will take more time for each client ( 3 months of roots is crazy!!!), the cleaning and sanitizing of the salon and logging information to make sure everyone is Covid-19 compliant...so please be understanding of when your appointment is scheduled for. It will take us longer to get everyone in and of course everyone wants to be first!!! We are being fair by having a salon mandated way of booking our clients on our return. Hey everyone, Just wanted to jump on and let y’all know I have been educating myself and preparing for our very different return. The last weeks have not been easy for many, I want to extend my prayers and let you know, I am with you. Upon our return, things will be different and I would like to ask for patience as well as kindness. ... We as a salon are an amazing team and that being said we are all going to work together to keep everything clean and sanitary, as always. Which in turn changes things for you as clients. Many things have been implemented already such as option of touch less cash out, hold time between clients for cleaning, hand sanitizer throughout salon, masks are required, a call back system to avoid cross contamination with phone use, and much much more. I am thankful for each and every one of you. I can’t wait to see you and hear all about your quarantine. Thank you, Much Love, -R

Hi friends! We miss you! As we all know, phase 1 opened today. We are strategically working together on a plan to reopen. This requires alot of mandates that we have to follow, schedules we have to figure out because all of us are homeschooling until the end of june, and PPE supplies that we are working on getting. Please be understanding and patient as we work towards making the salon safe and ready for you to return to. We will be spreading our staff out to minimize t...he people in our salon, using hospital grade disinfectants that we are being trained on using properly, and figuring out other things that will minimize contact. Some of these measures will be waiting in your car until we call you in for your appointment, having you leave all personal belongings besides your phone/purse in your car, wearing a mask that goes behind your ears and having most phone calls go directly to the machine so we reduce points of contact. We will have designated times during the day to call back people to make appointments ( once we open). Once we get the official date on when we can reopen we will know more and most likely be opening a few weeks after that date. Then we will be calling everyone to reschedule appointments as soon as we have all of this figured out and a reopening date. If you want to call us and leave a message for us to put you on a callback list that would be great too!
