Yesterday we celebrated Michelle's Birthday! She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Cake next to her computer is so perfect. Michelle dedicates so much of herself to her patients that we had to put a cake in front her to make her stop working HAPPY BIRTHDAY
