Six days remain until the end of the year. This was a big and for sure difficult year of challenges and struggles with ourselves at first. Today, please ask yourself: What are you grateful for? ... Life is uniquely challenging right now. When unsettling news about the pandemic or protests pins me to my chair, gratitude gives me back my power. I remind myself of how thankful I am for my beautiful people who surrounding me , for each day at work where I can learn something new from my clients , where I can be extremely focused in what I am doing and mentally rest at the same time. I am thankful for the chance to live in NYC, trust me this is a big and not easily approachable dream for a lot of people. Being grateful shortens my freakouts and rivets my attention on what matters in this moment. Gratitude can be a balm at the worst times and can bring you even higher at your best times. Remember: All we have is now. Moment by moment, I’m recognizing that gratitude is a choice , what we making every day, to be grateful or keep forgetting about all really important things in life.
