Special Shout-out to this superstar who has brought so much life into the studio since reopening! Bridgets last day before she goes on Maternity leave will be April 1st! Can’t wait to have you back girl!! . Get to know Bridget a little more below! . We’re you athletic from a young age?... . Yes! I was always open to anything! From tee ball to horse back riding, basketball, swimming and track. I tried a ton of different sports and activities but once I got to high school, I chose to stick with volleyball so I could focus more on one sport. . Tell us about your time playing volleyball at Wyoming! . I was recruited by Wyoming as a sophomore in high school, committed as a junior, then started playing for the University in the fall of 2011. I was redshirted my first year as a freshman, then had 4 years of eligibility left to play. . What do you love most about coaching at F45? . I love when I get to watch something click for someone. I love the feeling when you can start to see someone becoming confident in what they are doing. I love moments when you can tell you said the right thing to encourage someone to take it to another level or push more weight. I think I just love watching people get out of their comfort zone and do things they maybe didn’t feel that they could do before, but realize they have had the tools the whole time. . What do you love to do with your family? . We are always up for anything! We enjoy hiking, having campfires, swimming in the summer, & making trips to visit family and friends in different states. We love having dinners with mine and my husbands family’s as well. See more

Two years ago we opened our doors for the first time. Despite the major hiccup and exciting life changes we had in 2020 I’m still standing here, smiling under this mask because of you.
