Important post. We're very concerned about what's going on with this very strong flu this year. I know several people that were hospitalised for over 2 weeks because of it and we all see how dangerous it is for children and the immune compromised. PLEASE, if you are not feeling well, don't brush it off and DON'T come train. We have children and due to the nature of our sport (close contact) we cannot take any chances. If you're over the weather, go immediately to the Dr. We disinfect the academy and our equipment Daily , but there is only so much we can do.. Thank you for all of us at ANIMALS MMA..
