EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY CLEANER/ SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD-(Part-time) The Village of Falconer is looking for an independent, dedicated, reliable, part-time employee... to assume the duties of the school crossing guard and fire department cleaner-approximately 8 total hours/week. As cleaner/school crossing guard you will be responsible for two- hour sessions, morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday when school is in session. On occasion, this position may require an additional hour session for school days that include early dismissal. The duties of this position also include 3 hours per week, cleaning and disinfecting the Falconer Fire Hall, excluding the truck bay area. This employee would be eligible to participate in the NYS Retirement System. A successful candidate will be requested to get a background check and participate in drug/alcohol testing. All Village of Falconer offices will be closed on Monday, February 15th in celebration of Presidents' Day. The Falconer Public Library will be closed Saturday, February 13th- Monday, February 15th.
