Rich Karaz To our Utica and Syracuse friends, you may recognize this name. The Karaz family is synonymous to shoes, the run community and prioritizing customer experience at their stores. Rich and his wife Pam now live in Lake Placid and we’re pleased he has joined our team. He is passionate about the newest products, has a great background on running dynamics and is super excited to meet our new and established customer base. We look forward to Rich’s involvement at the Fallen Arch.

We are back! Retirement will have to wait! To stay true to ourselves and to keep the word we have given to our customers about not changing a thing about The Fallen Arch we will not be selling so we can continue to service our customers and our community in the way they are accustomed. The trust you place in us to do right by you and fulfill your needs are more important than selling at any cost.
