While our anxiety peaks over the uncertainty of the fall, let’s add 20 min of yoga into our day. You are all basically wearing elastic / comfy clothes anyway! No excuses!! It’s a nice day but my kids are feeling lazy today. So I went outside and made this and forced them out. We have done it with the time lapse video before, so they know how fun it looks. I said, If you don’t move, the time lapse video will be boring, which kept them moving for a few minutes atleast. The break down on chalk obstacle course in comments. I hope everyone is doing ok!! I have been trying to put together a video on managing your head and neck pain. But with the new responsibilities I now have with my kids home from school, it certainly isn’t going to be ready in a timely manner.
