Our first Whatcha Cookin Wednesday recipe is.... Brie en Croute using Linda’s Hot Stuff Jelly!! Ingredients: - 1 package frozen puff pastry (thawed) - 8 ounce package of brie... - 1/8 cup toasted nuts (optional) - 1/4 cup organic Linda’s hot pepper jelly (personal fruit blend is delish!) Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly greasy cookie sheet. Roll puff pastry out slightly. Place cheese wheel on top of pastry (leave rind on.) Place preserves on top of cheese. Place nuts on top of preserves. Wrap puff pastry around cheese and bake for 20-25 mins. Let cool for five minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers and fruit slices!
