We understand the frustration from your end, but we have to prioritize for the shipment to leave on time. Thank you all for being patience with us during these difficult times. 5. Customers who wants to know if we receive their package(s), Please go to www.fcstradingcompany.com and check with your tracking number provided by your vendor. This will let you know if we have received your package and pictures will be added once your package is processed. We will scan in the packages that arrive to our facility within 24-48 hours. (Only deliveries made after 10/25) 6. Starting December, there will be a $25 minimal service fee apply to small shipments. We will deliver all shipments and will no longer offer pickups. 7. We will no longer offer free return service. If you want us to process return of your shipment, there will be $25 fee. 8. To clarify- cutoff date is not a shipment date. 9.
