Hello! We have taken some necessary precautions with the recent surge by installing plexiglass throughout the front and back counters for the protection of us and our customers. @aurorabrewco dropping off the on this cold day!! - "Tiny Lobster" NEIPA w/local wildlower honey and Galaxy Hops, 6%abv We took the OG lobster recipe that we made with our buds @thefishfriar, and lowered the ABV! 2 row, multiple types of wheat, and loaded with oats, generously dry hopped with fresh galaxy and conditioned on local wildflower honey from Waid’s Honey in #trumansburgny . Super dank aromas absolutely leap from the glass, with soft notes of tropical fruit and honey undertones. A juicy palate that least to a tightly wound, crisp, dry finish. Crushable! But not lacking in juiciness! PSA: there is no lobster or shellfish in this brew, and we did not brew this to taste like lobster.
