After surviving the monumental loss from the fire that destroyed Pine Lodge last May, an amazing outpouring of concern and generosity has helped start the process of healing for those of us who lost our homes, and allowed us to begin rebuilding our future with hope. In response to the fire, nearly 1,000 individual donors generously contributed over $304,000 to support those affected, an amount which exceeded our phase one fundraising goal. This has enabled us to house displac...ed residents and to help replace lost items that were not covered by insurance. Thanks to your generous contributions, two classrooms in Meadow Wood Lodge that were not in use due to the COVID-19 pandemic have been converted into studio apartments. These newly renovated apartments are being used to house two Members who lost their homes in the fire at Pine Lodge. Similarly, with your help, other spaces in the community are being reimagined to create additional housing for those who were displaced by the fire as well as to serve the long terms needs of the community going forward The Fellowship Community has been fortunate and thankful for the support of the larger community, especially members of the Jerrahi Mosque as well as parents and teachers of the Green Meadow Waldorf School in Chestnut Ridge, NY who donated clothing to help our displaced members immediately after the fire. The Church of the Presentation in Upper Saddle River, NJ was exceedingly generous with their support, providing furniture including beds, dressers, bookcases, desks, tables, chairs and sofas along with housewares including dishes, pots and pans, coffee pots and tea kettles, towels, sheets, pillows and much more. Each of us who were affected by the fire, and who received your support, are continually grateful for your generosity, which has allowed us to rebuild our lives and given us hope! Now that all of the residents who were displaced by the fire have comfortable temporary homes, we turn our attention to the next phase of rebuilding Pine Lodge. The next few weeks and months will reveal more about our plans for the full replacement of Pine Lodge with a new building, and kick off our Comprehensive Campaign that will help carry the Fellowship Community into the future Thank You from the Fellowship Community!!!

Earlier this month, the Fellowship Community embarked on a new and exciting online fundraiser in place of our much loved, annual Christmas Festival & Holiday Sale. With the help of our staff and a handful of dedicated volunteers we created the new Online Holiday Craft Sale, making the Fellowship's beautiful handmade crafts available to the public through online purchase for the first time. Thanks to all who shopped at the sale and donated to support the Fellowship! Along wi...th generous contributions from the Benefactors of the crafts sale, we raised over $20,000 which will directly help the educational needs of the Fellowship Community. As we move into 2021, we look forward to expanding our online crafts events through the Fellowship Community’s website. More information to come in January! To give a year-end gift to support the Fellowship click the link in the bio. Thank you!

Great news!!! We're happy to report that we have exceeded our initial $300,000 fundraising goal for Pine Lodge, which was destroyed by a fire earlier this summer. Nearly 800 individual donors contributed to help provide temporary auxiliary housing for displaced residents and to assist with replacing lost items that were not covered by insurance. We could not have done it without you, and we are so grateful for the support and generosity from near and far!... Over the next few months, we'll continue to keep you updated about our progress towards demolition of the old building, and plans as we begin to design and prepare for a new building. In the new year, we will kick off a much broader and comprehensive campaign with the aim of raising funds for a new state-of-the-art building to replace Pine Lodge, and to support our vision for the future of the Fellowship Community. We look forward to sharing the plans for the new Pine Lodge in the coming months. Together, with your support our vision will become reality! With Gratitude and So Much Love, The Fellowship Community If you'd still like to contribute to this first phase of fundraising for Pine Lodge, please click here: https://fellowshipcommunity.networkforgood.com//105815-reb
