March officially kicked off integrating prop work and I’m beyond excited! Thursday night class started with chairwork, Tuesday night class starts with this sea of feathery beauties (Boa time) Prop work requires an intense amount of control ( aka toning time) but it doesn’t feel like a struggle when that beat is dropping. Ladies! Tonight’s (Tuesday’s) Femme Vitale Class is cancelled for some snowy weather coming in. Thursdays class I’ll Fire you back up let’s stay home and be snow bunnies tonight

Its incredibly frigid out there so tomorrow nights (Tuesday) Femme Class is going to be on FIRE! 6:30 pm and "Love is a Battlefield" is in the mix to free our inner 80's girl!!! More delicious chair work and fierce cardio to burn the cold away. There are still spots in 5:30pm Barre Class ( River Barre ) If you'd like to try the combo class to really bring the heat (Photos attached). Glutes will be burning but in a good way.
