Send a Girl to School: We have a Sponsorship Program in place that is aimed at preventing child marriage by keeping the young girls in school until the age of 18. A girl can be sponsored at $45 per month. Out of $45, $40 is used towards their education, uniform, meals, skill development, medical care etc. The remaining $5 is held per month in a special fund until the girl is 18 years old. After which she will get the funds and be able to choose how she would like to spend it. Education is proven to pave a pathway to employment, enabling the girls to end the cycle of poverty. Help some of poorest girls in Uttar Pradesh avoid child marriages and break the cycle of poverty by sending them to school & helping them save for the future. 150 girls will receive free tuition, healthy meals, clothes, school supplies, healthcare & family support services and, upon graduation, proceeds from a savings account that grows with every year of their schooling. Every morning our girls from kindergarten get fresh milk, fruit and cookies for breakfast. Daily our school girls get fresh healthy midday meal from our school kitchen and filtered water within our school premises. This meal is full of nutrition and is important for education and over all development of these girls.
