The Giving Tree to benefit the families served by the Family Help Center is a long standing tradition within the Eastern Hills Mall acting as the primary collection point for donations to our holiday program. Due to COVID, you will not see the many faces of our friendly and welcoming volunteers who explain what our programs are, what we do within the community or how your donations help. The Family Help Center serves many at risk and low income families in Erie County. This year there are limited back to school supply donation centers. Even with children returning to school virtually, they will still need supplies for the home. We are looking for donations of supplies and backpacks so we can help the families we work with. If you are interested in donating, please reach out to our office at (716) 822-0919 for information. We can arrange a pick up in the... community or a drop off at the agency. All donations are greatly appreciated. SOS Calling All Moms and Donors! The Family Help Center welcomes donations of infant formula to help us continue to provide for our community families. Due to an increase in calls to our Family Helpline, we are in high need of infant formula. Specifically, Enfamil with iron (yellow can) and Enfamil Gentlease (purple can).
