Good morning to all! Congrats to Adam Thorman, Ken Toepper, Kristen Karam, Emily Pavone, Amanda Boughan, Lane Howard, Colin Delgado, Tyler Benjamin, Trista Hawke, Devan Halton, Josh Thorpe, Nate Murad, Mike Newcomb, Corey Hurley, Sherry Georgeson who are all moving forward this weekend! To places like Brockport, Cortland, Oswego, Cobleskill, Geneseo, Albany, Nazareth, Stonybrook, and RIT,.... just to name a few.! I want to thank you for the memories you have given me as y...ou trained and worked hard in practice to get stronger and faster and better at your game, your event, your specialty; For the events you participated in and the effort you gave in the circle and on the track. Stay connected to your teammates and friends as you continue your journey to other places in your life. I encourage you to all participate in track and field/XC at the next school you are attending; you are all very, very capable of competing. There is no stopping you from getting even better. Keep training. Stay focused on the path to YOUR greatness. NO one can stop YOU from being successful. YOU decide what your path is and what your life will be like. Don’t be afraid to take risks. You will experience successes and failures along the way and it’s how you react to them that matters ..whether you get up and or not is most important! YOU can do and be whatever you dream!
